I know what drivel means, with the police resources we have now, while all the officers are off testing drivers randomly the rest of the criminals are having a laugh, and doing whatever they like and so to speak even getting away with murder.Yes illegal driving can have terrible consiquences, but surely other things shouldnt be neglected.

Everyone will just dump their rubbish in alleyways, as they already pay thru the nose for refuge collection. The rats and vermin will certainly love that, and there will be really awful ilnesses again like years ago.
