I get exactly the same looks and comments from the older folks because Im 32 but look younger, and am sitting down on a bench. or getting into a lift somewhere, Im young but that doesnt necessarily mean i dont have other problems ie I suffer from lung problems and cant walk too far. If you look young people just assume they have priority to sit down. My hubby goes mad at this. Lol.

I hold a first degree in reiki and theres nothing more relaxing than to lie back shut your eyes and do some reiki, it really relaxes you and gives you positive thoughts as well as creating well being.

Im terrified of heights and being near the edge of something such as a cliff or somewhere with a huge drop, especially near water thought i am a strong swimmer.
