Gotta laugh at these people in the Jungle. Last night they were allowed to read “Letter’s from home” and they went on like a bunch of sniffiling twit’s. :roll: Lot’s of ahhhh’s and awwww’s.
There are soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan who are away from home for months and months at a time, and their families dont know if they’re gonna be ok from day to day.These twit’s in the Jungle know they’re safe, and they’ve only been away for fugging 10-14 days. Away and give us peace ffs.

I knew Celtic would get a result. I knew that Man U would play all the pretty boy stuff (with no end product), and have a lot of possession, but I knew we’d get chances, especially at free kicks.

Im not “against” war however. If the War is just and has to be fought, then I’m not against it. I wasnt against enterting Afganistan, but I sure as hell was against them invading Iraq illegally, and Im against all the Fascist tactics employed by the Americans with us backing them up as Cheerleaders.
On a sidenote let’s hope for a victory from the “liberal’s” in the US Senate and House of Rep elections today. A good victory for the Democracts in both or even in one of them could cut Bush’s ball’s off, and make him a lame duck President. The Democrats could also push for a withdrawal of of our troops and an inquest into the disgraceful invasion of Iraq.The Snooker guy? :?

The same example. Someone’s a suspect. Their DNA shows a million to one chance against. They could be innocent, a million to one number would mean they were totally under suspicion though. If no one else was ever found for the crime they would continue to be Prime Suspect though?Im not against this idea though. It it helps to solve brutal crimes, and give families some closure, and victims some justice I’d be all for it.
I dont believe someone should have their DNA taken unless they are a suspect in a crime though.I dont believe DNA should be taken and stored, without the person’s express permission, certainly in the cases of witnesses to crimes or people that have been cleared of any wrongdoing.
DNA isnt foolproof. Let’s say someone’s a suspect in something. Let’s say their innocent, but their DNA’s checked, and it shows that theirs a 50,000-1 chance they didnt do it.
That numbers not conclusive, and a conviction wouldent be secured with such a small number, but if no one else is ever found for the crime, then the finger of suspicion would continue to fall on this person.
We’ll get Drivel on with his catchphrase “if you havent done anything wrong, you’ve got nothing to worry about etc etc etc, blah blah blah”. That wouldent cut the mustard with the person whos been wrongly accused though.
Safeguards would have to be place.Ya. Those free ones quoted are just as good as the ones you pay for.
