A good start would probably be targeting the countries who are actually involved in the terrorism, and not the countries who arent involved.
Threads shouldent be locked at all unless in extreme circumstances. If all the intreresting threads get locked we’re gonna be left with threads about what people had for their dinner or some other such sh/yte.
