The posting of peoples children is particularly disgusting.  Those pictures are vile and explicit.

I also know that Maddy and Alfie have young children and posting up peoples addresses can be very dangerous and risks the safety of those children.  If it was my address being posted when my kids were young i would be very very concerned.

The room for registered users is only a part of the problem, but this would be a big step in the right direction.

The chat users need to use the ignore and report features more myself included, i know how easily you can find yourself getting dragged into an argument with the abusers.

The site also needs more Chat-guides.

Add a new room for registered only, then the ‘guests’ who wish to troll will be stuck trolling eachother.  Maybe they will even grow some nads and register and give themselves away, then you can ban the little naughties.

Rock day Me thinks
