My son is has just become a teenager. I see the next few years as a time where he might have to run the gauntlet of drugs, druggies and pushers. I’ve never done drugs and I don’t feel I’m a lesser person for that.

The van owner would probably only get told to get some new number plates with the correct spacing anyway!

However, “WHO 5HAT” is much more recognisable and memorable than WH05 HAT, so if the van is seen, say, clipping a parked car, witnesses will be much more likely to identify the van!!!!

Unfortunatly nobody meats the require standard so this year no prize will be rewarded to no one.

The owner of the van is committing and offence by displaying a number plate with incorrect spacing. It should read WHO5 HAT, not WHO 5HAT.
