Well of course I can smell a rat fasty. She refused to answer 40 questions……why? Allegedly, the McCanns are totally innocent and have “nothing to hide”. Any claims made against them by anyone are “ludicrous”, so, bearing all that in mind, why didn,t she answer the questions? She,s totally innocent………….isn,t she?

Personally i think they did the right thing as these men were armed and preparing to rob a bank where innocent people were going about their daily jobs. these scum have more than likeley never had a job or indeed needed one as they are thugs and thieves. i think they deserved everything they got. its not as if its a case of mistaken identity as in the meneses case. bring it on boys its a shame they cant shoot a few more.Now that is rather harsh to call them scum, as you know nothing about them, not all bank robbers(or even wannabe’s) are always scum. im no einstein but i still cant get over the fact that kate never ever speaks out or indeed even looks the public in the eye, face to face as we say. this is a classic body language for people who have things to hide. ive seen it many times as a mental health nurse and indeed on the tv when people plead for their loved ones to come home only to be found guilty of their murder weeks on.
im not suggesting anything is wrong but to my nose something smells fishy indeed. :?
yvw waspish. Your point about Mrs McCann never making eye contact etc, is something that I know both myself and PB have comented on. It,s always McCann senior who does the talking to the press whilst Mrs McCann sits there with the toy of maddies and a totally expressionless face. Not once have I ever seen her even look as if she might have been crying, not once. I can only imagine if that was you or I, our faces would be almost permenantly tear streaked and red puffy eyes from crying the norm.Well, take a look at this article then from the El Pais newspaper.
Today El Pais newspaper printed an article about how the McCann social status in the UK prevented the work of the Portuguese police investigation what happened to the girl. They say even though UK government is denying intervening in the case both the government and the press took a part of it from the very first minute. Kate McCann apparently called Sky news before calling the police. They also say the British press have done a lot of damage to the investigation by triggering false leads about the girls whereabout.The article is very interesting because it also makes an account of how the campaign was mastered by Gerry McCann and Clarence Mitchell, a British communications expert sent by the Foreign Office to advice Maddie’s parents. According to the newspaper Gerry McCann has been lobbying to be named Minister of Health, hence the help he has been getting to put up a campaign of such proportions. They’re good friends with the actual Prime Minister. This has also triggered some of the police suspicions that they had something to do with the girl disappearance, because they had a lot to lose. Also, they say that kids vanishing from occupied buildings is unheard of. They say that doesn’t happen. Even the Scotland Yard agrees with it.
The Portuguese police assures everything seemed wrong and fishy since the very first minute they arrived at the scene. They say Kate McCann told them the girl was abducted from a window. When they went checking it turned out that window was broken from inside the room, and not outside, that whoever came into the apartment didn’t do it through the window. And that is when Gerry MCann said the door was unlocked.
Also, Kate McCann has been saying they called the police ten minutes upon learning the girl had vanished. But when the police arrived at the scene, a journalist from Sky News was already there. The press had been called half an hour before the police were. (Sky news apparently has correspondents stationed in Portugal). They also say the parent’s story about going to check on the kids every half hour is not true. The waiter and other employees of the restaurant where they were dining denied it.
They also say Public Opinion in the UK is now doubting the McCann’s story and questioning the UK government for giving far too much help to one family while ignoring thousands of other missing children.

Doa that seems very good but all you have to do is click on internet options, got to content advisor and you can decided for yourself what sites you and your children are allowed to see. You simply set a password known only to yourself. Then whenever the kids try and acces unsuitable sites, windows won,t let them.
I read today that the item the judge wants is Mrs McCanns diary. Also I read in the paper yesterday a coment from another holiday maker who stayed at the same apartment as the McCanns and was in fact in the apartment above them. She said she freqently heard maddie crying for her father. I also read that during questioning, Mrs McCann got extreemly agitated and nearly hysterical and refused point blank to answer some of the questions. Why? Mr McCann says he is “100% certain of his wifes innocence”. Well if you have nothing to hide, why don,t you want to answer the questions?

Oh and apparantly Mrs McCann has washed the toy of maddies that she,s been clinging too ever since her “abduction”. Maybe because it was smelly you might say, but surely, if your child had been abducted and you had any item that even had the faintest scent of that child on it, you wouldn,t want it washed? It,s a well known fact that when parents loose a child or indeed a spouse, they refuse to change their room or wash anything of that persons, for sometimes, years.
