Both men AND woman are scantily clad on a beach. “Everybody” is dressed in a similair style and no one person stands out from another. But how many scantily clad people do u see walking round town on an evening out or to go and do the shopping. Usually only the women who are vying for blokes attentions.
Yeah ok, good point re the beach, everyone is indeed the same. In the summer, you see lots of women going around in shorts and t shirts. They are simply dressing for the weather because it,s hot, not necessarily to get a blokes attention, (although some do yes). But are the ones who are simply dressing for the weather and then get attacked, asking for it? Is a woman who wears a short strappy dress to go out in, in the evening in the summer, asking for it because she,s showing her legs and bearing her shoulders? Short of going around stark naked, a women, should, within reason, be able to dress as she wishes without fear of being attacked because some bloke can,t control his hormones.
