i recieved a lovely greating of these today

or were they just after the carrots:)

Cola BBQ ribs

One bottle of cheap cola but not diet!
One large onion cut in half
4 garlic cloves smashed or a top of garlic powder
Dsp of whole peppercorns
2 bay leaves

Add all of them into saucepan with 2 racks of ribs
Add water to cover then bring to the boil
Simmer for 1 hour
