I think swearing in general is unnecessary

i think there’s only 2 reasons when it’s acceptable is 1. Extreme pleasure

2. Extreme anger … 😂😂😂

Have already been to Lanzarote in March this year which was a well deserved relaxing break before I left Scotland to move to Northern Ireland ( been here over a month now

Went to the travel Agents yesterday to enquire about destinations for our honeymoon

its looking like Cape Verde  ( in November)

Slimming world syn free chicken & rice soup.

6 carrots( 3 grated,3 chopped)

2 chicken breasts

pkt chicken savoury rice or super noodles

1 leek

3 chicken stock cubes

salt & pepper

put all in the pot  , add water to cover all ingredients till about 2 inches below the lid

cook on full power, shred the chicken and return to pot
