I managed a 6 before falling asleep on the couch
I woke at 3am with a bad case of 3s, got up, staggered into kitchen, made a cuppa, woke up fully before snuggling back on couch and watching telly.
Now I’m on my 2nd cuppa I’ve crawled back up to a 6 where I shall probably remain for the rest of the day
