Found this recipe

3 heaped tbsp ground white rice
1 tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 pint milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp butter

Mix everything in a saucepan, and slowly heat up, stirring continiously, until thickened.

I’m going to have a try at it this week
