It is sad Jenny. Iv’e said on other threads and for a long time now, that in cases such as this, the women, unjustly, walk away without a scratch. They should at the very least, be charged with wasting police time, invariably though, they don’t.

What really baffles me in cases like this is where the judge in the case, states life, then says that he’ll be eligible for parole in a little over 5 years time. 5 years isn’t life, so why then do they use this term.
