    Lol Ruby

Yea you can have a discount by all means, by the time you paid your train fare down here though, would it be worth it   (I’m bout 8 miles out of centre of London  )

Sunny, maybe papers, nationals anyway, don’t want to take up a story such as this because of the risk of libel action. So long as you have facts though it might be possible to find someone to take it up. I can understand your frustration though because of my own experience of working with someone who was power happy. I do also take Ruby’s point about reporting her behaviour to her prospective employers. I have to say it’s very tempting. She’s right, Ruby that is, that this woman would probably take issue with someone dropping a sweet wrapper.

Anyway, in the meantime, do you have a local paper, have you spoken to them, local papers are often quite happy to take up things like this. Ok, it’s not a national, but a stepping stone, so to speak. Good luck anyway

    Thankyou Esme x

As for repeaping what she sows, there’s no doubt about that. They say what goes around comes around don’t they. I won’t interfere with her application, so long as she backs off and drops all these un-founded allegations.

This woman has a dreadfully bad attitude. None of the staff in her shop are happy, another woman has recently left because she couldn’t stand it anymore. Her position as manager has become very shaky, the AM is aware of Joanne, (the other woman who left) and is currently working on re-instating her in a different branch. He’s also now keeping a very close eye on the shop, the behaviour of the manager and the wellbeing of the staff. So really, to say she shot herself in the foot is a bit of an understatement    .

Perhaps she’s wishing now that she’d kept her mouth shut instead of being so vindictive. Trouble is I suppose Esme, i’m pretty quiet, (I can hear the shouts of oh no she aint lol) but basically I am, I don’t really say much, but when and if I do, it kinda packs a punch  They say the quiet ones are the worse don’t they  It probably comes from way back…………being bullied at school etc., iv’e learned a lot over the years and I won’t be bullied by anyone anymore. Heaven help those who try

Whether this particular story is true or not, theres another side to things like this. It doesn’t happen often and had kinda restorted my faith a little.

I used to work for Victoria Wine, I worked for them for 3 n half years, I finally left because the manager at the shop where I worked made it impossible for me to work there. Every single day there was one problem or another. I’d done favours, gone in at 5 minutes notice when her daughter was ‘ill’ again  I’d worked when I was ill myself, during the time I was having chemo treatment, not because I wanted to be a hero, but i’m a fighter, I wasn’t prepared to lie down and let it ‘get me’. Anyway, I eventually left. On leaving, the area manager said that should I wish to return to working for them at any time to contact him directly. Recently, I contacted another branch who I knew were looking for staff, I went to see Adam, who is the manager, I explained everything that had happened at the other branch, he then spoke to Andrew (AM) and iv’e now been back working for them for about 2 months.

It got back to the original manager that I was working in this other branch. She called Adam, told him to ”get rid of me” I was nothing but a thief and a liar!!! Adams comments to me were, ”she sounds as tho she needs to get a life”. He and the now new Area Manager, have been very supportive, both have said it’s victimisation and that the company do not look kindly upon victimisation. The AM has spoken to the other manager and has asked where are the copies of the written warnings I should have been given, with regard to my ”bad attitude”, ”lateness”, ”constant sickness” etc etc., none of which she has been able to produce as there were none!! Not to mention of course, that had I stolen anything, it’s instant dismissal, in any company!! So she’s kind of shot herself in the foot! short of aiming the spotlight on me, it’s shining right on top of her. :D

This same woman has now applied to become a PCSO (Police Community Support Officer) I let Adam and my AM know that if her behaviour continued, I would seek legal advice myself and a letter from a solicitor wouldn’t go down too well with an application for her being a PCSO in progress. Because we can’t have our police, plastic or otherwise, being seen to be victimising!! can we!! ……………. Does that make me as bad as her? Personally I don’t think so, I see it as more, fighting fire with fire.

    why is this so

so how old are you.. and do you enjoy a really nice indian, or do you prefer pizza hut on a saturday followed by driving around in the car for no reason for 2 hours

(this is a re attempt of a previous post that is’nt as rude, but damm right more boring)

My sons girlfriend, when he first went out with her, used to moan about having to go home for dinner at 7pm, she could go out again after, but had to be home for dinner.

All I see is kids in the afternoon, clutching a box of chicken n chips (or could be pigeon where i live) or macdonalds. A home cooked meal is something that seems to have gone out the window, for a lot anyway

Richard Hammond is it? The presenter from top gear, almost another statistic to high speeds this week.

You moan if we’re too slow… you say we’re boring in bed!

    Hammond ‘making good progress’
Top Gear star Richard Hammond is making “good progress” as he continues to recover in hospital following his high-speed crash in a jet-powered dragster.

If the TV presenter’s condition continues to improve he may be moved on to a general medical ward in the coming days, a spokesman for Leeds General Infirmary said.

On Friday, Hammond, 36, got to his feet and walked, just 30 hours after the crash, his co-presenter Jeremy Clarkson said.

Hammond is in a stable condition in hospital where friends and family have been keeping a bedside vigil following Wednesday’s accident at Elvington airfield, near York.

^^^^^^^^^^^ there you go pple, update for ya, dont say i never do nuffin for you’s lot

Seriously though, i’m glad he’s making a recovery, he’s a complete nutcase tho, (in a nice way) and he was an accident waiting to happen at the end of the day. I’d lay money he’ll do it again
