If doctors told you that you were having siamese twins. Would you defy medical advice as this young couple have and go ahead? Or would you make the decision to terminate the pregnancy?
    Faith and Hope

Wow,,,good question Batty,,,,who knows what any of us would do, this couple made the decision that seemed right for them at the time.

There have been cases of conjoined twins who’ve been seperated and the condition was so much worse than these two little girls, not that their condition isn’t serious but you know what I mean :)

I watched a programme a couple weeks ago, two little boys, who were joined at the head. They were successfully seperated. While they still have their own individual problems it seems mainly with movement which is increasing steadily. They’re now 6 years old and continue to improve.

I hope that these two little ones too, can be successfully seperated and continue to grow and improve, it’s clear they’re loved and treasured.

Agree with all of the above… But I can’t believe that at 14 years of age the boy didn’t understand right from wrong if HE knew he wouldn’t be served fags and alcohol cos of his age

Sweet, I can assure you, from one who works in the industry. What you just said is sooooo right,,,,,and soo wrong also. I mean wrong that they do it. Yes, they do know, that they’re underage,,,,,they’ll try to put pressure on us with threats, if they’re not served with what they want.

In our branch, i’m happy to say that don’t. No I.D. no sale, end of story. It’s now a 21 rule too,,,,,,,,doesn’t even matter if yr 18 and have ID.,

I agree too, that at 14 he knows right from wrong. Not that all the services weren’t in theyre own way, responsible, where were they when the child was roaming the streets at 3 yrs old…….still,,,,,he still knows.

I probably did the same thing at their age, bought alchohol, underage, which one of us can say we didn’t,,,,difference tho, is we didn’t carry knives in our back pockets,,,,,,some did! most tho didn’t, it seems to have gone the other way now,,,,,,most do, and some don’t.

Awwwwwwwww, the poor useless “doctor” who failed to spot that Baby P was cranky because he had a broken back is devastated because she,s been sacked. GOOD. Serves her right.
    doctor

”My professional career has been devoted to the care of children”

I hope those words haunt her till the day she dies, cos she clearly didn’t ‘care’ about this one did she. One cranky miserable child, and who can wonder why!,,,,,,that I would now suspect she couldn’t be a*sed with!!

No doubt had had a long day, tired herself and instead of examining that child, where his injuries would have been spotted, she merely wrote him off, cranky and miserable, and no doubt, bring him back if he’s no better! ffs!!!

Now were all supposed to feel sorry for her I suppose, at her devastation at losing her job,,,,,,anyone else notice how her devastation at losing her job, came before her devastation at the death of this child  Only f uckin thing she’s devastated about is her lack of position and salary, not that child, evil cow!,,,,,,,F uck off back to Saudi,,,,,,enough children die in this country every day through no fault of their own, we don’t need people like her killin them off!!!

The childs, because he,s been allowed to roam the streets since the age of 3? Or is it the parents fault? They are both violent drug addcits, so given the boys upbringing, it,s hardly surprising he turned out this way is it? Does he need help or locking up? What do you think?
    feral boy

Probably both Bat. I think the judge did exactly the right thing. There are far too many pple, and not just young pple, who blame their wrongdoings on the way they were brought up, bad childhoods etc etc.,

While I don’t doubt that the parents in this are in many ways to blame, I mean, a 3 yr old, roaming the streets alone,,,,,,,,once again,,,,,where were social services. The young man tho in question has admitted that he knew what he did was wrong, so maybe theres hope, who knows.

In a way it’s a pity that we don’t have capital punishment for this sort of crime any more. however, if we DID hang them, itt would only give the bleeding heart liberals something else to protest about.

On the other hand PB, i’d personally be happy to see my tax being spent on making them all do hard labour for the rest of their lives. No comfy cell, no special menu’s, tv’s, computers, play stations,,,,,,,just hard labour. A cell to sleep in, meals that if they chose not to eat they could f uckin go without! But then like you say, the ”bleeding heart liberals” would have a field day

None of us know Rachel to call her anything, apart from what we read in the newspapers. She does seem a little ‘difficult’ and there is a attitude thing going on which I would also describe as defensive because she knows people judge her about her past.

She’s a good singer and that is what X Factor is about, calling her a ‘skank’ is actually inacurate seeing as she is no longer a drug user and may ‘up’ her class if she wins the X Factor! Unless you mean because she is selfish etc.. then of course it would be accurate.

    PS. Diana not to win!

    Agreed Tinkerbell.

Her past is her past too, can any of us say there are no skeletons in our cupboards. I would’nt say she was one of the best singers, but she certainly has something different, I watched on Saturday and have to say I really enjoyed her rendition of Amy, it seemed to suit her voice.

Diana, again, different, but I don’t think she has enough to win. My money is on Alexandra.

a hate to say this but i heard baby p’s mother is preggers again. turns my stomache the whole episode

She had another baby in March Ketts, little girl I think. Seems she was at one time seeking access to the child. Haringey also, were prepared it seems, horrificly!! to allow her this, police intervention prevented it.

    Thankyou PB x
