PROS –

It’s what’s on the menu in heaven. There are many different kinds of cheesecake. You can do it with cream cheese and whipped cream, then make some cheesecake as well. There’s even ricotta cheescake which is not overly sweet and has a pretty solid consistency. When they make gorgonzola cheesecake with added garlic, count me in. Cheesecake tastes so brilliant that even cheesecake flavoured stuff with E-numbers is cool.
People who eat cheesecake are intelligent.
