only day three and struggling tonight.. having bad pains in my chest, horrible taste in my mouth and terrible headache :( but nearly bedtime and still not had a ciggy even though i have a few left in the car. I remember Wilma’s “choosing not to smoke her ciggys” attitude but grrr this is hard.

day two – had both nephews all day and managed not to kill anyone, not been too much of a struggle today as ive been busy etc. Still obessed with ciggys though but one day at a time
