If all the claims are to be believed, there are still people alive who participated in the abuse of these young vulnerable people. Those who stood by and allowed it to happen through fear of losing their job perhaps, these people have the potential to be charged with a crime. Aiding and abetting criminal activity perhaps.

What concerns me more is that it might have been alot worse than a few pixelated photographs. Imagine if that had been a long range sniper rifle instead of a long range lens.
