in the snow in December 23rd last year an old lady was walking from the shops in a local town she was with her son and daughter in law but they had hands full of shopping, as I was walking past them she nearly slipped, so I offered to walk with them to their house a few streets away in the wrong direction to where i was going. I held her by the arm to make sure she was safe and we happily chatted as we walked they were very grateful i think :)
