ur still having strong urges at 11 weeks? :shock:

my god im glad I quit on my own, no gum or patches, the urges were gone in a weeks or so, and i was smokin 80 a day when i quit

I was lucky catty, Pluty is a non smoker, so it helped being around him

Surround yourself with non smokers and its sure to help
