an hour long phone convo last night with my friend mel who had her breast taken by cancer, she had good news from the doc, they took it all, all the cancer is gone :D

she is doin so well, so strong, upbeat, positive attitude, im so proud of her :D

i figured id pop me clogs in me 50’s, dont wanna b old an senile an some orrible tw@t wipin me @rse in the nursin home

diet is on big style

went to weight watchers, im the same weight now as i was when the doc weighed me last may, ive weighed a few times since then an my weight aint changed 1 bit in 8 months :shock:

an no i aint sayin how much i weigh :lol:

im goin to sunderland to see me ikkle kitty cat tomorrow :D

we gonna b tryin on dresses an stuff to see wot suits me :roll:

but i get to see my cat :D

well i think my diet is low in fats and sugers, so i think i will b ok

just started this exercise milarky again last week, i do swim aerobics twice a wk, exercise video at home 3 times a wk, an i walk 2 miles a day, an i gotta b honest, i can ACTUALLY see a difference already :D

thats wot i dont get, how do u count calories?
