i know they can be a nightmare so anythings worth trying and get someone to give u a good massage every night too ;) concentrating on neck and shoulders as well as back.
Its catch 22 tho cos they can get u down and anxiety and depression can cause them too, another thing u cud try is st johns wort good for all sorts of things from depression to hangover cure lol and again natural.
Oh and alcohol dehydrates and makes them worse so no boozing either lol

i know exactly how you feel, i used to wake up with a headache every day and after a while it really gets to you. Think mine started with stress from work and built up from there. After trying a few things they gave me the amitriptlyne it didnt work as good as they said but it offered some relief. I got fed up with seeing doctors as nothing seemed to work so i just stuck with it. I was terrified when she told me they wouldnt be giving me anymore after a year as i thought it would go back to how it was before, but luckily it didnt. I do still get occasional headaches and migraine but nothing as bad as before. Hope you get it sorted x
Funny enough mine started after stress at work.
Had to hold onto my temper too much when all I wanted to smack the face of my supervisor, bullying b1tch :evil:Stress does make it worse for me. Ive not even been able to get to college this year because of it  so will have to do it next year, with people I dont know as my class will have graduated :(
It is hard living with constant pain, but some days are a wee bit better than others
Thanx Pebs xxxx Hope your dont get any worse
