I have just check 3 laptops and most of them are the same, you use the arrow keys to navigate the screens (←↑→↓)
Right I need to know the following,
What kind of computer you have ( who made it, what model number and so on)
Can you see the name of the bois maker?
18 March, 2008 at 8:44 pm #318564Ok you need to read the screen or hit “help” in there.
Normally its something like hitting the space bar or enter.
Try using the arrows keys.

There could be a few things wrong; you could have “fooked” your hard drive by dropping it or it’s just failed.
It could be a problem with windows; you could have removed the boot up file by mistake.
Try popping in a windows start up disk and then at the flashing “D” stage type in “C:” and see if it can find it.
If it does its easy to fix.
But if your hard drive has gone, you will need a new one and a copy of windows to put on it, (about £200)
I don’t think its worth doing, you can buy a new one for £400
16 March, 2008 at 4:58 pm #316140Nope.
Someone mim trusted has been posting her naked pic and her talking dirty on “another” web site and now she has found out about it.
I don’t know way she is moaning about it.
After all she should have know better and she should have kept her clothes on.
13 March, 2008 at 10:13 pm #317572I know this is a worrying time for most homeowners; there is a drop in the market.
New builds are down and most builders are discounting new properties, which is always a sign of a depressed market.
I think down sizing is always a good idea, if you don’t need the space why have it?
But if it was me, I would just think about where I would like to be in the next 10 years.
If you’re the kind of person who buys a house to sell on in a few years, the answer would be no.
If your looking for a home then that you will keep for the next few years, the answer would be yes.
Most people don’t think about falling houses prices if they are happy where they are and don’t intend to move.
11 March, 2008 at 5:39 pm #317068It’s your registry; you have mucked it up again.
Basically there a small program on your computer that tells it what to when you hit stuff, you have changed it.
You need to find cave to hide in and stop using computers without “Mummy” watching you.

I agree with most of that the only thing I would say is they should provide more parking spaces and they should be a bit more flexible if people are just making deliveries.
I do understand this problem, but if all the delivery drivers did the same has us, there would be no trouble.
Just pop on your hazarder warning lights, your beacon and put your cone out with the right sign on it and they leave you alone.
But I have never seen any delivery driver doing this or following the high ways act for short work.
9 March, 2008 at 8:15 am #315158We do have something similar on the back of all our work vans.
I think we have had one call in the last 8 years about this, someone was moaning that one of our vans was “driving too slow” on single lane road full of sharp bends and zigg-zags out near Lewis.
The our guy was doing about 25 miles per hour and the moaning moron pointed out it was 60 mile per hour speed limit and he was late for work because of our van.
8 March, 2008 at 7:58 am #316717I did have a look at this and I can’t do anything with it.
You need a pro to fix it.
Try :
