8 March, 2007 at 4:18 pm #263279It depend on how much money you have to spend, but if hubby paying go for the best.
After all they’re no point in buying crap.
But there’s stuff to thinking about like size and weight.
If you looking for something small; buy one with a 15 inch screen
If you’re not taking it out of the house, the get a 19 inch screen lol
There no point in me or anyone else from the UK giving you web sites or prices for laptops has you are in the USA.
I have no idea how much there cost there or where to start looking for them.
But will list what I think you should be looking for and trying to buy.
If hubby paying

Put the word “DELL” for USA site on google for more information.
But the thinks to thinking about before buying a laptop are:
There not has powerful has a desktop computer, you can always buy a better desktop for the same price.
There are not for kids and or anyone with kids, they break very easily. You will need a 3-year servicing pack in case your kids get to it.
Make sure you get one with a “Duo Processor” and lots of ram (MEMORY 1024MB)
And the batteries don’t last long, so you will have plugged it in a lot.
Hope it helps
6 March, 2007 at 12:54 pm #262749I don’t think so
Your a looooooooooser
6 March, 2007 at 11:15 am #262747Ugo go back to looking at porn.
Your not that good at fixing computers and it shows.
But if you was, you would know that when people buy stuff like a computer they all beleave its just plug and play.
There not most of the time.
They all seem to think that an old second hand computer is just the same has a new one.
They can’t understand why there computer has a problems or the fact most of them are out of date within 5 years.
They can’t understand why they have to keep buying new stuff for them.
The main problem with computers is here a bit too flexable, and easy to f-u-c-k up.
Computers are a work tool, not a toy.
5 March, 2007 at 8:46 pm #262945“scouse” was one of those “user names” from that child killer gang.
The case was:
3 men found each other on the web and then plan to rape and kill 2 girls under the age of 14 years.

3 March, 2007 at 11:16 pm #262794Have any of you been to Corby?
There no rail point in the town.
The wages are high and its far from an umpoyment black spot.
I think the real reason is that; wages are too high and they can’t staff on the money they are offering.
Nope its much better to move it to a sh1t hole and get some cheap “oversea” workers to cover the work.
We must keep taxes down and if you can get someone to work for £5.30, all the better.
3 March, 2007 at 9:24 am #262744Ok it looks like you have the worng wireless router for your home.
Without looking it up on line I can’t tell you if you have brought a router for cable service or a landline.
One works with cable like ntl, and has a ethernet cable port.
The other has a small line out that plugs into a phone filter.
You need the one with the line to the phone filter and a filter.
Forget about the bt home hub, just plug the new stuff into a normal phone wall box.
2 March, 2007 at 4:35 pm #262799I blood hate cath55
She a mad old cow
1 March, 2007 at 10:29 pm #262740Nope you are going to have to buy a new wirless router.
We have been testing one here for the last 20 mins and we can’t get it to work on “be there”
We are still playing with it, but no luck.
We are trying to work out why, but don’t see to beable to find the answer.
Its seem the bt hub is not just a wirless router, it can do a lot more than wirless, just has phone and moblie phone service.
If your not on the BT system it will not work.
Its more of a remote connextion, than a router.
Any way just sell it and by a new wirless router for about £30 second hand. A new one is bout £45-70
