………. on the other hand –

    – is it possible, only slightly possible maybe, that this display of immoral behaviour is a consequence of having females ordained as priests???

Some of you may recall that when females were originally eligible for ordination, there were many voices amongst the priesthood who expressed grave comcern.

Now we have the spectacle of drunkeness, fornication, and possibly even greater depravity in the priesthood.

Can this simply be a coincidence ….. or are there darker forces at work here???

The drunkeness I can handle, Think nothing of this minor slight over seeable issue however fornicating with a ”number” of strangers I can only presume was done to keep the congregation intact?

Can you imagine the sudden upsurge of religion in the local male community, All advising that it was for the inner good to go to church on a sunday to their partner and wondering if they were going to get a gobble in the belfry on the way out for a donation in the tray!

It may have been seen as wife swap or get on your knees and pray I dont bite with a parochial twist, someone from the USA has to exploit this into a reality show

It looks to me like the Church is again showing true to form, It’s gone for the kill on the party less likely to bite back and avoids what’s not very PC.

The church also has many powers but rarely uses them, Some date back a long way like they could pass onto who-ever they like within the realms of the local parish the cost of a new roof to anyone they seem to wish.

Only this last two or three years has a parish search been part of a house purchase survey and advice been to insure against such a request from the church for repairs.

Imagine pi55ing of Teresa D and getting a Invoice through your letter box for a new roof to the church like just a cool half a million quid etc etc

Be interesting to see where the press take this and how the congregation to sunday service may grow LOL

What we think, or what we know, or what we believe is, in the end, of little consequence. The only consequence is what we do.

Try Sainsburys or Waitrose or M & S – they are bound to have puff pastry. Tesco Asda & Morrisons etc are unlikely to have much of it left – assuming they had much in to start with.
