It’s been a busy year NCB!

I have managed & remain handling 48 individual refurbishments at seperate locations up until March 31 2009 (*starts praying things do not over-run*) o O (imagine the liquidated and ascertained damages paperwork) :shock:

My day to day portfolio of six clients is always a total balancing act keeping them all happy and at present I have all the work for 2009 in the bottom draw lined up ready to go :lol:

and before the 23/03.2009 I shall have on paper some idea of where I am going with workload in 2010……….Wish me luck we’re all moving into a new office overlooking the Thames

To do that I leave home at 4am and return on a good day at 7 or 9pm

I know I have a partner in a million because even I would not put up with the issues that come around with working like I do, God knows how the good lady suffers it!………if not managed this kind of lifestyle can bring allsorts of aggro into a freindship.

I know one thing this year has gone by bloody quickly…….LOL
