Im not sure how relevent this is to the original post, but these were the objectives of the protests in the UK according to BLM.
- Dismantle captialism
- Dismantle the police
- Dismantle the patriarchy
- Dismantle white supremacy
- Declare the COVID-19 racist
- Remove Boris Johnson from prime ministership of Britain
- Remove Jair Bolsonaro from presidency of Brazil
- Increase the pay of black people by 20%

A lot of leftists don’t want the riots to be stopped, I’ve spoken to quite a few that entirely deny they are happening, only peaceful protests.

There’s nothing American about it. Natural (human) rights are rooted deeply into English Liberalism, which is the foundation of our country.
Rights cannot be removed or suspended for any reason. The government does not have the authority to do so, and any claim that they do is not legitimate.

The lockdown does not protect anyone. Protection can only come from people exercising common sense and choosing safety precautions that are appropriate for their own situation.
The lockdown will likely turn out to have killed more than it has saved due to it’s poor implementation. Mostly from people being refused basic medical services and operations. But also due to the lack of NHS policy regarding releasing infected patients back into carehomes.
Social isolation will also cause many suicides, as will an increase in domestic abuse.
The lockdown must end now

One Thing for sure is, this can’t be passed off as a hoax any longer. Leaders attempts at brushing under the rug and playing it down have failed and the stock market has crashed out anyway. I expect the company I work for to also play it down and expect people to take Boris Johnsons advice of just allowing it to work through the population and play russian roulette whether or not you live or you die.

There is a lot of talk of a vaccine, but i’m not conviced this is possible. There have been multiple reports of there being multiple strains of the virus, and of people thought to be cured only to be re-infected a few weeks later.
The virus is much more serious than what is described by the government or in the media. It can leave permanent damage to the lungs and kidneys. Also because of it’s strong reaction to ACE-2 receptors, there is a high probablity of men who recover from infection being left infertile due to there being a high concentration of these receptors in the testes.
