He SOLVED my problem.
ugo was a brilliant for for me earlier, when so-called pc tech boffins couldn’t help, ugo wanted to help and put forward a possible solution to a problem.
Beneath the larking around, ugo ive found has a caring nature.
The simple fact is Geoff, ugo got it spot on, microsoft had put their own user account on my pc, that was the problem.

If you have windows XP, maybe even if you aint :D attempt to log off via start. when you do, you will get a choice to either switch user or log off, click log off, when you do, the pc will save settings and go to the windows screen as described above.
That is the screen i get.
