As a Lestonian, every other accent seems weird.
It costs 500 notes to stand, you get it back if you get 5% of the votes though. Hopefully you will take votes off the old gang, make them weaker.
Depends what you consider succeeding. They have built a base or core voters, that are unlikely to drift, whereas the other parties votes drift from party to party. Proper success is built on a solid base. UKIP is a prime example of doing well without a strong base of core support, then failure.
