Imagine if you will, that nick is sent down. Then imagine the then law meaning that if someone secretly films you giving your opinion in private, to those who want to hear what you have to say, which doesnt incite hatred in any way, that someone then says its incitement to racial hatred, then what a pathetic society you would be living in.

Under limited resources, it is hard to know fully what your members are like. Alot of angry young white men join the BNP thinking they can release their anger. That anger is then channeled towards a more positive thinking by encouraging them to go to meetings, canvassing people’s opinion’s on the doorstep, dropping leaflets.
Unless your powerfull politically, getting away with violence is very tricky, even for blair and Iraq.
