If the buyer wants to buy a home without a pack and the seller is happy to sell it without one whats the harm?
If the two parties are in agreement that they dont need one, then they might get away with it, but it will be illegal.
It should be a personal choice whether to have one and then buyers can decide if they want to buy a home that has one or not and let the market decide
Absolutely, but fascist Labour have ideology to tell us what to do, rather that letting us use our individuality.

you asked for my definition of racism………..n you’ve got it
So, the absolute definition of racism in the English language, is a self produced set of words by you :D
There can only be one set of words that define a word, what are they?

9 May, 2007 at 2:59 am #269241Your ignorance is an example of why you support higgy higgins over the free thinking Mark Selby.
Mark lost his father to cancer eight years ago when he was only 16 and has had no contact with his mother after she left him when he was 8.
Mark is driven by the desire to win for his dad. Mark pushed himself, for his dad, because thats what his dad would do. Snooker, the love of the game, the desire to win, but to do so in the right way.
He said recently, “With my dad passing away I have learned to enjoy every day”.
You cannot beat someone that feels the way Mark does. You can win more frames, but the shinning light of success is in the mind of Mark, who’s wish is not to play just for himself, but for the one person he wishes was alive to watch him, his dad, for the love of.

The World Champion for the 2nd time which puts him into Legend Status in my book, and he’s still got plenty of time for a 3rd, so get it up ye Emma.
That doesn’t make him more of a true sportsman than Mark.
Mark played the game for fun, sport and everything else on this planet we humans take part in, is about having fun FIRST.
higgy higgins played as if he was numero uno, arogance.
Mark brought him crashing down from his ivory tower, to earths top layer, with a smile on his face, as if it was his last wish before the end of time.
You cannot beat someone with an attitude like that, you can only admire.
8 May, 2007 at 11:26 pm #269635But if you wana sell your house to get out of this sesspit country, you need a fascism pack, getting fined once will become twice, and three times and oh my sun, fascist Labour will have you on your knees…
