Im sure u did Pete. As I said, there are some good guides. Unfortunatley, there are some who simply dont give a toss and others who “pal up” with certain chatters and play favourites.

I didnt want to do a complete quote of Pandas post so I will just say that i agree 100% with her comments.

I find it appalling that certain so called chatters ( who dont chat, just abuse) are allowed to get away with their behaviour repeatedly.

We are told ” use your iggy button”. This is nonsense. The iggy button is there for “numpties” and scrollers etc. The chat guides are supposed to deal with abusers.

It is not just racist abuse , which i personally find extremely offensive, but personal abuse is equally appalling. Certain Chat Guides simply refuse to act.

However, i would like to say that there are also some very good chat guides who truly do their best.
