Dear Cas…..
if the person in queston was never actually caught then how can it be confirmed that he was actually pissed behind the wheel of this thing. Just because somebody shouted at him as he speeded away……“Oi Mate…… you must be fooking legless!!!” ….
may have just been stating the obvious reason he was in a mobility scooter in the first place and not his mentle condition after drinking to many pints of his favourite tipple… :?:
In fact Cas….. because this is quite a serious campaign you are asking us all at JC to help fight for you I have taken the time and trouble to research this and I cant find a mobility scooter that travels above 8mph.
Even the classy “Shoprider Deluxe”… (pictured below) with its all weather canopy and puncture proof tyres can only manage a top speed of 6.5mph…. weather conditions permitting of course.
Correct me if im wrong….. but dont mobility scooters have a top speed of about 10mph…. :-k
