I wish i could tell you what I did Sharon but to be honest I aint got a fecking clue. If u take a little bit of everybodies advice (including Bats :evil: )… throw it all in a huge pot… stir it around a bit, then BINGO…. all your problems will be solved… :lol:.

Seriously though… if it happens again then I would try whay DOA and Owen suggest first. Failing that the sites that PB suggested are also recomended on this boffin site I found so they must be good.

Buying your own place is without any doubt the best thing u can do. Renting is just a complete waste of money. I was in the same situation as u many years ago and i didnt fancy the burden of a mortgage and all the responsibilities that go with it. I went for it in the end and that house has now quadrupled in price and will be completely paid off in 5 years.

And u cant tell me u cant buy a place for a lot less then 750 quid a month.. :shock:

I turned the computer on in the manner that u said. My computer started up with just the bare essentials just like u explained. Normally I access my virus control by clicking an icon in the bottom right of the page but of course it wasnt there this time. I then went to start and then program files and tried to open it in that way. I clicked onto it and absolutely nothing happend. It wouldnt start up. :?
