Being a “hooker” in Holland is classed as an everyday normal job just like a nurse, secretary or cleaner. They have to pay taxes like the rest of us and have regular checks for diseases etc.
Both Wilma and Tempt are correct but I guess “pay taxes” is the answer thats wanted.
