This breast cancer awareness month is a female thing isn’t it?
I think that this is both unfair and utterly sexist and discriminatory. Why can’t males be involved as well ….. why should 50% or so of the population be excluded solely on the grounds of sex????
In the spirit of fighting prejudice in all its forms, I approached a female this morning and asked her if I could check her breasts for any suspicious lumps.
She told me to fuck off !!!

It isn’t only you to spot this. The archive film footage of Randy Mandy a few years ago, complete with his gay moustache, leaning oh so closely towards young Tony frankly makes me shudder.
I think it won’t be too long before he starts his indiscreet briefings to the press and leaks of damaging information. Politics is about to enter (or go back into) an era of unattributable press briefings.
Bon bon, if you want to boost the performance (speed of operation) of your computer the easiest and simplest way to do this is to increase the RAM.
What DOA says is only part of the story. Yes the “chip” or Processor is at the heart of the computer and a 2.0GHz processor is clearly not going to run as fast as a 3.0GHz one or a dual channel one etc etc.
The deciding factor in how much RAM your computer will actually accept is in fact the motherboard. Older ones have only two slots (or god help us only one slot) for RAM sticks. More modern ones – say less that 4 years old – usually have 3 or 4 slots for RAM sticks.
The amount of RAM that a computer can use is a function of both the motherboard AND the processor. You ought to be able to fit up to 2.0GB of RAM into even an older computer with 2 RAM slots (2 x 1GB each). Worst case you can get 1 GB into it (2 x 512MB).
If you have 4 slots then you can fit combinations – eg 2 x 1GB + 2 x 512MB giving you a total of 3GB. With 4 slots you MUST match the opposing pairs or it won’t function properly. (Channel A,B,C,& D must be matched so that A & C have the same RAM value and ditto B & D).

With a bit of luck the ”credit crisis” could work to my advantage. As companys fall on hard times, and profits drop and cash flow dries up, they are more likely to seek assistance to dig themselves out of it … often in the form of business advice / consultancy.
Of course I mustn’t use these boards to advertise. However ……. :wink:
