Purely on a point of accuracy Emma – but isn’t it hampsters that go round and round on treadmills in their cages??? I thought that rats lived in sewers etc.
Still I suppose that saying ”Hampsters in cages going round on treadmills” isn’t a catchy enough soundbite is it?
Perhaps the ”new gang” BNP could come up with a policy of having all Britain’s mosques converted into pubs. Now THAT would be a vote winner eh?

Sorry, my error in assuming that this was your type of connection. They have several tutorials on their site to deal with common issues (such as yours) which by now you have probably found.
