That’s very true DOA – got any jobs going, cleaning lavatories??? I think I’m qualified.
Undoubtedly this is the best offer I’ve had all afternoon. I am quite touched by it.
It’s obvious isn’t it DOA? At that age she is probably quite small (compared to say a teenager) …. just the right height to fit inside a chimney.
She probably works for a local plumbing company where she is used as child labour to go up chimney flues and sweep them clean. I expect that they pay her a pittance to do this before going on to school – the plumber’s equivalent of a paper round.
I don’t know, the depths some employers will sink to …. Hmmmmm.

Oh and ‘Woman’ – in the UK we refer to being with our ”Mummy” rather than the American ”mom” … if this helps you with the language.
