Actually this isn’t quite true Mr B – I was in Brixton at the time having been sent down there in an emergency from West London, where I was stationed, when the whole thing kicked off.
Police knew that there was trouble planned in Brixton several days before it ”spontaneously” started at around 4.00 pm in Railton Road. Unigate had reported that for several days beforehand, their milk bottles and crates were being stolen and that they were missing hundreds of them. There were also a number of reports of petrol being siphoned from parked cars – more so than was usual for that area.
During the early part of the evening after the riot had started, I actually saw a Bedford Dormobile loaded up with milk crates full of Molotov coctails (milk bottles filled with petrol and a rag stuffed in the top) being reversed towards Police lines and crates of them being handed out to black youths to light and throw at Police.
There was no unusual increase in Police activity in the Brixton area – it always was a high crime area with drug dealing and street robbery running almost unchecked and Police operated there as they always did.
People refer to it as a race riot because the rioters were overwhelmingly black (i.e. of Caribbean / West Indian ethnic origin).
One thing puzzles me about all this conspiracy stuff.
If the entire WTC thing was a conspiracy….. if the US administration knew in advance …. it was Thermite that brought down WTC 1, 2, and others…….. if it wasn’t an aeroplane that impacted into the Pentagon but was in fact a secret US rocket…. and so on and so forth – so what???
Let’s just assume that the conspiracy theorists are all totally and utterly correct – so what?
What difference is it going to make to anything assuming that all these wondrous conspiracies are right???

As I remember there is a photo posted on a Forum 1 thread of Gizmo in all her glory, smiling for the camera, with Witey in the background looking on adoringly at his bride to be.
Yes Robbo – it really was lurve at first sight and in no time at all they were betrothed. Not yet sure exactly where the wedding will be held or if it will be a full ”white wedding”. I think the wedding list will be at Harrods and no doubt they will post it on here so that we can all buy them some really lovely wedding presents to start off their lives together.
They are such a wonderful couple and so devoted to each other – it fair makes you want to cry.
No it wasn’t luck but it WAS a carefully planned conspiracy. He planted Thermite in both buildings in case some terrorists flew planes into them. Then when it actually happened he was able to claim on the insurance.

Well you know Biggy, the worst thing the Police did was to let women out onto the street to deal with real crime etc.
It was OK in the days when all they did was to deal with lost property, children and make the tea. Now they are all out on patrol all you get is nag nag nag instead of a friendly ‘ello ‘ello ‘ello. The blonde ones with big tits are the worst because they all complain about the blokes looking at their tits so they can make claims for sexual harassment.

Yeah I know – it’s a bit of a bummer eh? Still I gather that they are working on the technology. Problem is that the silicon ones still emulate the real ones and either burn everything or serve it up lukewarm and swimming in grease.
However, you still get the main features i.e. ”companionship” whenever it’s needed and they all come fitted with an off switch. So you get lots of bangs for your buck – as they say.
