Er…. just a wee little point. In order to be a ”libel” the statement made HAS to be untrue (whether the person knew this to be the case or not).
It is up to Emma (who made the statement) to demonstrate that it is a true and factual representation of the policies and views of the Leicester Housing Association (”LHA”). If she cannot do this then she must withdraw the statement and offer her apology and undertake NOT to publish or repeat the untrue statement.
For the record JustChat utterly disassociates itself from ANY statement that may constitute a libel whether trade or otherwise. Any views expressed on this site are strictly the views of the individual user and do not represent the views of JustChat or its Staff.

On a point of accuracy Emma – snakes ‘wriggle’ they don’t ”weive” (whatever that is).
BTW – the lovely and ever fragrant Emma also spouts bollocks most of the time too – and I equally support her right to do so.

Actually i have met Brian Haw outside the houses of Parliament. he is a weird sort of guy with staring eyes and he is totally – I mean totally – convinced that he is right. a classic example of a single issue ‘warrior’.
His protest site is right opposite the main entrance to the house of Commons and it must piss of the Dear Leader and his mates immensley as everytime they come and go to the House – there is ”mad Brian” shouting the odds at them.
The site itself is a rag bag collection of old junk, dirty canvas awnings and a large collection of hand written posters that you can only read when you go right up to them.
However, he is one of the great British eccentrics and whilst I think that he spouts bollocks most of the time, I support his right to do so.

Er….. don’t banana boats go from Africa to the UK – not the other way round??? I mean on the return journey they probably carry general freight or something so strictly they aren’t banana boats are they. Or am I being too literal???
