…. and still the dysfunctional Gordonius Brownius, complete with pancake makeup, struggles on in full denial that there is any sort of an issue.

Pity that Caroline Flint has gone, I quite fancied her. Most of ’em are just plug ugly – Margaret Beckett is a triumph of the embalmer’s art.

You just couldn’t make it up could you? Following her surprise defeat on Saturday night, today’s news tells us that Susan Boyle has been deemed under the Mental Health Acts and carted off to a clinic to “recuperate”.

Thank goodness she didn’t win …. what would they have done with her then eh???

Mind you she is a great advertisement for cat loving Scottish spinsters.

Maybe the thread title should be “Jesus finds pic of WooHoo” ???

For those worried about the prospect of blasphemy …… the “Jesus” referred to is in fact Jesus Santiago ….. a Spanish waiter in Skegness.

Each to their own i say….. It is really up to her what she does with her body.

On a point of accuracy ….. it’s more about what someone else has done with her body eh?????

I’d go back to the early 1960’s (the golden age of pop music) – to my shared flat in London and re-live all the excellent times I had …. BUT …. armed with the knowledge and life experience I have today.

Why am i having visions of you in an orange vw camper with flowers in ya hair, and john lennon glasses, smoking a huge reefer :?: lol x

Dunno. I was (for that era anyway) amazingly conventional. I never ever used hallucinogenic chemicals – pot & LSD were the trip of choice in those days . Coke & heroin were barely heard of back then and the ‘disco pills’ (Ecstacy etc) hadn’t been invented.

We used to have loads of parties which involved scoffing quantities of ale, listening to what are now called “golden oldies” and getting off with (or trying to anyway) as many females as possible.

I discovered that there were only two certainties in life ………. death and nurses. Later on, when I shared a flat with a guy that worked at Heathrow, I added airline stewardesses to that list.

Aaaaah …. those were the days.
