Why did you make everyone’s tea if they trashed the place?? Don’t be soft on her or she’ll keep doing it.
I know how you feel though – when my parents go on holiday I have to keep an eye on my brother and sister – even though I moved out 6 years ago. :shock:
You wouldn’t believe they are 17 and 22 would you? I have to do their shopping, look after their money and make sure they tidy up for the parents’ return. I don’t clean though – I just issue the instructions lol :lol: :lol: [/quote]
I know, I told her when I first got in to at least do the dishes but by 9.30 she still hadnt, there wasn’t even a clean cup in the cupboard and it was really annoying me so I had to do it, it would have been even worse if they had been left all night. I’m too soft with her, and she knows it so she probably takes advantage of it but if the house is like what it was yesterday there’ll be hell to pay :evil:
I’ve already ordered the flowers, although I’m of the opinion that you shouldn’t just show someone you care on birthdays, christmas etc so I try to do little things now and again to show I appreciate them

Ok well this didnt annoy me today but last night. My parents are away on holiday so its just me and my younger sister in the house. Shes got the week off because her boyfriends come up from london to stay with us. I get home from work yesterday at about 6, feeling really rough cos im full of cold to find the house a complete mess. Theres stuff all over the floor, the dishes I washed in the morning still left undried and the benches are covered with dishes, dog hadn’t been fed all day or taken out, no ironing done, glasses smashed and just left ( meaning the dog could have stood on it ) I take the dog out, make everyones tea, tidy up do the washing and all I ask is for her to do her OWN dishes, but no she gets drunk instead so I have to do them. I didnt get the chance to sit down until 9.45 grrr Mothers, how do you do it!
