Yeah thats quite a bit of weight to lose really, I suppose if your appetite has been affected than that’ll have an effect, and with it being over the course of a month your stomachs probably shrunk meaning it’ll be easier to keep the weight off you lost ( If you wanted to lose weight that is! )

Well its bound to get you down a bit but im sure he would rather you remember him for the good times u had together. You should definitely go out and have a pint for him ( or whatever his tipple was! )
