Of course, you are correct, clearly this woman has become disturbed and no amount of prison life will change that in terms of justice to the public and on behalf of the public, the jury in this case were obviously not swayed by her defence, again only being in posession of all the circumstances can give a correct understanding of what really occurred.
They have as yet no right to enter your home, they must also get you to sign a statement they will prepare should they witness you watching a broadcast without a licence, the trick is to keep them at the door { if you answer the door that is :lol: }…its very comical to me watching them walk away from my door, hopefully next time i will capture them on my camera next time…. a little free advertising i will give them….lol

Its very true that to take a life cannot be justified but, in terms of the law, again i say there is no threat to the public, this women will live with this for-ever no doubt…. the thought of taking the life of your own child is a very disturbing situation, this women in my opinion is in great need of support not punishment…. i for one, as a member of the public would have no fears if this women were to be released on compassionate grounds. As has been said, i dont think we are privvy to all facts here. My opinion is after all, on the face of it. Of course it was wrong to take this boys life away, an act this woman clearly could not come to terms with. Lets hope truth and true justice will take full command here.
The writing is a secondary and new passtime, i find that the feeling just comes to mind without any reasoning, i must say that when i am intoxicated i tend to be more creative, rightly or wrongly it pleases me.
Guilty on all counts………of desperate heart felt compassion, no doubt this boys life was taken the night of this pub disturbance, how tragic for this family.
As the law stands, i cant see any hazards to public safety, this sentence should be revoked…. :xCash points that wont give out less than £20! If I want £10 y do I have to take out £20? Obviously, the other £10 doesnt go back in to the bank so , next week, the £10 that i had allocated for that week has gone!
I realise that this may not annoy everyone but for ppl such as myself ie unemployed , it is a damn nuisance. Further, there are times that I only have £10 left in the damn bank!
To really add insult to injury most banks now, including my own, refuse to give u less than £30 in cash as on over the counter payment!

Nine tenths of all i have created musically have revolved around thoughts of that girl, my biggest regret is the age difference which i have no doubt played a part in her unwillingness to accept my invitations…..having thought it through, i can see her reasoning…it doesnt help me none but its a feeling i enjoy and the thought that she considered it is a compliment yet un-equalled…i was so close yet so far……. :(Rejection
