Tony would be very proud. 8)18 January, 2006 at 1:41 pm #183050Reading the same old same old (flaming crap) is rather tedious now don’t you think? maybe at one time it was fun to read but it’s played out now and more akin to watching paint dry.
I think it’s now high time to change the record for the sake of peoples sanity.
12 January, 2006 at 3:56 pm #76978Tell me about it?
My Jack Russell terrorises the next door neighbours Pit-Bull fgs. :shock:12 January, 2006 at 3:49 pm #76976Kinda big for a Jack Russell isn’t it? :?

Whilst you are here GG I want bigger calf muscles I used to do calf raises and swapped my shoes between flats and high heals……….. nothing happen infact when they were measured I am sure there was a slight loss in size LOL
Sian the best exercise for the calfs is indeed the calf raises. You should increses the weight to give more reistance in turn given greater muscle mass, leg curls also work the calfs aswell.
Btw what do you want bigger calf muscles for? :? slick and slender is the order of the day. :wink:12 January, 2006 at 2:48 pm #182003Excellent Dawny that’s a great start. :)
Talking about blood sugar levels i wouldn’t think twice about sitting in front of the telly and eating a whole 600g box of Coco Pops in a night ffs  and their isn’t an ounce of fat on me, so it just goes to show dieting is all a load of old cobblers, it’s all in the mind.
12 January, 2006 at 2:34 pm #182001You shouldn’t count calories Dawny it’s a myth. You can eat whatever you like so long as it’s low in fat and you do that in conjunction with regular exercise.
Every little counts in the long run Dawny. :wink:12 January, 2006 at 2:17 pm #181439People who purposely starve themselves to lose weight are only fooling themselves if they think that is the solution to their problems, besides their is usually a mental problem attached to them also.
12 January, 2006 at 2:12 pm #181999Dawny i would eat more than that as a snack before i have my lunch ffs.
As for you Kenty you are a complete fool if you believe that starving yourself is going to solve your problems, Sian has the right idea. 8)
As for myself, i eat a vast amount of food and i do mean vast, i don’t give a fuck!
BUT!!! my secret is that it’s all mainly low fat/high protein stuff i consume which has the double whammy effect of helping to maintain lean muscle and getting rid of body fat. The key to keeping trim isn’t about calorie counting, but about the amount of saturated fat in the food that you consume in the first instance.
So remember that when you pig out tonight Sian. :lol:Oh nearly forgot! you need to exercise alot aswell, mainly with weights for maximum effect.
