    I posted this topic on August 11th, i was so correct in my predictions,
    check this out from a national tabloid……..
    STEVE McCLAREN is the punchbag of world football after the shambolic defeat in Croatia.

    The England boss was hit by a series of blows as his side’s Euro 2008 hopes took a battering.
    CRASH! Croatia skipper Niko Kovac and boss Slaven Bilic blasted McClaren’s gutless tactics.

    BANG! BBC pundits Alan Hansen and Alan Shearer said McClaren was mad to try an alien 3-5-2 formation in such a crucial game.

    WALLOP! McClaren’s former players at Middlesbrough admitted they were thrilled to see the back of him.

    And angry fans bombarded SunSport and radio stations insisting McClaren had become a joke.
    Kovac said: “We wanted glory and victory but England were only here for the draw. We were really hungry. I never once felt threatened by England.”

    Former West Ham and Everton defender Bilic added: “When you see David Beckham’s name on the teamsheet, it makes you worry. He’s the world’s best crosser.

    “England miss that quality. Of course, it’s going to be different when someone like Gary Neville crosses the ball.

    “They say it was 3-5-2 but it wasn’t because Neville and Ashley Cole are full-backs.
