5 a day is a myth. It is based on a healthy person. If you have anything wrong health wise it should be adjusted to suit you, for eg im only meant to have 2 friut and 1 veg a day.

For best advise see your dietitian or doctor, get a blood test and it tell excatly what you need.

This year i got vouchers and money it was perfect so no bad presents this year.

In fact it was one of the best Christmas ever, left alone when i wanted it and company there if i wanted that too.
The only thing that was pants was the fact i was working over it, could have enjoyed the extra lye-in’s but aww well least its over now for an other year.
