After joining the Royal Navy in 1985, my first ‘Sea Daddy’ was a guy who was onboard HMS Sheffield was she was hit in the Falklands, he showed me a box that he had…in it was a key! All he recalled was that he was on his way to open the ships office at the time the ship was hit.Next thing was he was outboard of the ship and scrambling up the side onehanded never opening his fist. He kept that key as a keepsake. Long live ‘Smudge the killick’ and his great tuition and guidance…

And another thing…Income tax…. off the top of my head it was introduced in the late 1790s to produce more money in the fight against the French……when was the last war with France? just a thought :D

So when Londoners are asked to take leave or not to use public transport during the Olympics as the transport system cant cope doesnt smack of double standards!!! Maybe the money lost in business during those two weeks is accountable. As for a nurse retiring at 65 when a NHS ‘boss’ can retire at 55 isnt double standards also…..Where is Robin Hood when you need him  Long live the unions

I like your answers tin tin lol. But termy was totally correct in how the second goal was scored.
The first goal is simpler as he scores a goal then the ref blows for half time, the ref would then pick the ball up and respot after the break. The player would then kick off for the second half.I worked with an ex professional ref once and he told me this was one of his questions for the exam. Anyway by telling you the answer ive killed the thread lol.

This cant be right, as the player would have to pass the ball from the kick off to another player, otherwise the ball is not ‘live’ in play. For him to score a second goal, another player MUST have touched the ball……
