You were bloody lucky it wasn’t a proper leatherman or your foot would of been off, the one I use is so sharp I feel like Granville at Arkwright’s till.
I’ve tried to bring up my kids to realise that there are times when the peer pressure on them from friends will be extremely hard to go against and that they will be tempted to try things, however I used to smoke so I’ll know straight away if they do and I used to be a complete mash head.
I’m not saying this because I’m proud of it but it means I can talk to my kids about it with a great deal of experience.
What most adults forget, is that getting pissed and stoned is fun, pure and simple.
What CAN happen whilst your off your tree ISN’T, eg violence, date rape, vandalism etc these are the things we need to be warning kids against.
All you can do is your best when it comes to steering them along the right path. unfortunately there are some complete a**eholes who don’t give a toss what there kids are up to, these ones are future jail bait I’m afraid.The man is either retarded or entirely dellusional if he thinks he can come back after his court case.

Seriously though, if a dog bit your child you could have it destroyed but when societies most vulnerable is harmed by societies least wanted we do nothing and then try to re-hab these people.
How many times does this have to happen for us to finally realise that these type of individuals cannot be tamed or trusted and that they serve no purpose in our free world, we know that many who are abused go on to be the abuser so isn’t it time we cut the vicious circle.
I’ve never spoken to anyone who thinks re-habbing these people is a good idea but there must be someone out there who could let us know the reasons why we do.Why can’t they be permantely tagged and tracked like the wild animals that they are by gps signal, that way the police could track them all the time.
I suppose our caring government would be too scared to enforce such a thing in case the bleedin heart brigade cry “human rights”.

I am having an opinion, don’t get your knickers in a twist, a friend of mine is a very mixed up individual, being a mixed race male is hard for him, I take it you are white and have no experience of adults that are traumatised by their race issues.

Peeved My wife is mixed race and so are my kids so I think that gives me the right to have an opinion based on experience.

I hope your friend sorts his head out, I tell my kids the whole truth about they’re colour and what it means in todays society and they cope fine.

Slayer, I hear you loud and clear, it scares the sh*t out of me when I try to imagine what my kids as mixed race people are going to face when they hit their 20’s, sometimes I feel guilty for having them, then I think that without kids like mine and yours all that is left will be little hick-billy rednecks running round with shotguns tearing society apart.
Also if all the eastern europeans are thrown out whos going to cook the KFC!!!!!!!!!
