Jadey, you must do what is right for you, we’ve all been where you are now at one time or another, but every time someone leaves because of the numpties, then the numpties have won, and I for one won’t give them that satisfaction (yep, I’m a stubborn old bugger! :wink: )

There are more nice people than numpties but for some reason the numpties get more air time and provoke a response – ignore them and starve them of the attention they crave, that’s what I say! :twisted:
